Satyagyan Technology Cancellation/Refund Policies

Thank you for choosing Satyagyan Technology. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel a purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you may cancel a purchase and receive a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your purchase within 3 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Additionally, for custom software development, if the delivered software does not meet your expectations within 3 days of delivery, you may request a refund. The refund amount will be determined after deducting all expenses incurred in the development of the software.
  • To cancel your purchase, please contact us at contact@satyagyantech.com with your order/invoice number and reason for cancellation.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been delivered or performed.
  • Custom development work.
  • Training sessions that have already been scheduled.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 4 to 6 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund in our sole discretion if we believe that you have abused our cancellation policy.
